If you want to use the services offered by us, you voluntarily agree with us. You provide us with your data such as:

• First and last name

• Email address

• Contact phone number

• Address data

• Billing information

• Date of birth

• Gender

During the performance of the contract that connects us, we also obtain data such as:

• IP address

• Type of browser, device, and operating system used by the client

• Pages that the client visits and actions are taken on them

• Content of forms and surveys completed by the client

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Your data are processed for the following purposes:

• To conclude and perform contracts based on your interest in our offer (legal basis from Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR)

SUBJECTS TO WHOM WE PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA

PROCESSING TIME FOR PERSONAL DATA

Your data will be processed by the Administrator for the duration of our agreement. Then, after its termination and the limitation of its scope, if you do not object, the entrusted data will be processed for the purposes of the legally justified interests of My Funding Account P.S.A., the owners of the My Funding Account P.S.A.
brand and cooperating entities. When processing your data based on your consent, we will do so for no longer than until you withdraw your consent.

RIGHTS REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the processing of your data, you have the right to:

• Request access to your data from the Administrator.

• Request correction of your data from the Administrator.

• Request the deletion of your data from the Administrator.

• Request limitation of the processing of your data from the Administrator.

• Object to the processing of your data.

• Transfer your data.

• Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Objection

You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your data described above. We will stop processing your data for these purposes, unless we can demonstrate that there are compelling legitimate grounds for us to continue processing your data that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or that we need your data for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

You also have the right to correct your data held by us, complete incomplete data, or limit the use of your data.

Furthermore, upon your request addressed to the Administrator, we will confirm whether we process your data.

Profiling

Your data may be subject to profiling, i.e. matching the marketing content we offer to your behavior.

The Administrator makes every effort to ensure all physical, technical, and organizational means of protecting personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use, or access, by all applicable laws.
