Rules and regulations of the “MFA World Trading Championship Tournament”
§ 1
General Provisions
1. The organizer of the “Traders’ Tournament” (hereinafter referred to as the “Tournament”) is My Funding Account PSA, headquartered at Aleja Wojciecha Korfantego 138A, 40-156 Katowice, Poland (KRS: 0001023771, NIP: 6343021306, REGON: 524681980) (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
2. These rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) define the terms and conditions of the Tournament.
3. The Tournament runs from December 4, 2024, at 00:00:00 (ETC) until it is either canceled or concluded with the final tournament, in accordance with the schedule outlined in the following sections.
4. Information about the Tournament, including these Rules, is available on the Organizer’s website dedicated to the Tournament: https://myfundingaccount.com/traders-tournament-25/.
5. The Tournament consists of four qualifying rounds and one final tournament — each round, along with its schedule, is described in the following sections of these Rules.
6. During the Tournament, participants may become eligible for a Prize, which includes monetary and non-monetary rewards (hereinafter referred to as the “Prize”).
§ 2
Participants and Conditions of Participation
1. The Tournament is open to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:
a) They must be adults (18+ years old) with full legal capacity. Participants must complete the registration form available on the Organizer’s website during the Tournament, providing:
b) They must register using one of the methods described in section 2 below.
2. Participants can register for the Tournament in one of the following ways:
a) By visiting https://myfundingaccount.com/traders-tournament-25/, clicking the “Sign Up” button, and paying a $9 entry fee through the order form.
b) By logging into the platform https://platform.myfundingaccount.com, navigating to the “Competitions” tab, selecting “Upcoming,” and paying the $9 entry fee.
3. The Tournament is open to participants worldwide, excluding employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members (parents, children, spouses, siblings, and relatives in a direct line up to the second degree) as well as individuals from countries listed in Annex 3 of the Terms of Service available on the Organizer’s website: https://myfundingaccount.com/terms-and-conditions-of-service/.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to verify participants’ compliance with the Rules. Failure to meet the conditions may result in disqualification.
5. The Tournament is conducted on the Organizer’s trading platform, accessible at https://platform.myfundingaccount.com.
To participate in the Tournament, each participant must have a user account on the aforementioned platform.
§ 3
Tournament Overview and Timetable
1. The Tournament aims to showcase participants’ trading skills using the My Funding Account platform, accessible at https://platform.myfundingaccount.com.
Participants may join the Tournament during the registration period for each qualifying round. Access to the final tournament is free but contingent upon achieving a qualifying position in one of the qualifying rounds, as detailed in § 4 of these Rules. Trading results determine the leaderboard rankings.
2. Tournament Schedule:
· Qualifying Round 1:
Registration Period: December 4, 2024 – January 31, 2025
Tournament Period: February 1, 2025 – March 2, 2025
· Qualifying Round 2:
Registration Period: March 3, 2025 – April 30, 2025
Tournament Period: May 1, 2025 – May 31, 2025
· Qualifying Round 3:
Registration Period: June 1, 2025 – July 31, 2025
Tournament Period: August 1, 2025 – August 31, 2025
· Qualifying Round 4:
Registration Period: September 1, 2025 – October 31, 2025
Tournament Period: November 1, 2025 – November 30, 2025
· Final Tournament:
Tournament Period: Q1 2026 – Exact date and duration will be announced on the Organizer’s website: https://myfundingaccount.com/traders-tournament-25/.
3. The entry fee for each qualifying round is $9.
4. Each participant who successfully registers according to § 2 of these Rules will receive a tournament account prior to the start of the respective qualifying round or final tournament. This account will be accessible on the participant’s user account on the Organizer’s trading platform at https://platform.myfundingaccount.com. All accounts provided for qualifying and final tournaments will have identical starting parameters. Detailed trading conditions are described in subsequent sections of the Rules.
5. Participants may withdraw from the Tournament at any time; however, the entry fee is non-refundable. To withdraw, participants must send an email to contact@myfundingaccount.com. Withdrawal results in disqualification, and any prizes based on achievements during the Tournament will not be awarded.
6. The Organizer ensures the functioning of the trading platform but is not responsible for technical issues on the participants’ side.
7. Each participant may only enter each qualifying round once. Payments made after the registration period will not entitle the payer to participate in the Tournament.
8. By making the payment, participants agree to these Rules and request the immediate provision of the digital service, thereby waiving the right to withdraw from the agreement after accessing the service.
9. There is no limit to the number of participants in the qualifying rounds.
10. Only participants who achieve a qualifying position in one of the qualifying rounds, as specified in § 4 of these Rules, are eligible to participate in the final tournament.

§ 4
Prizes and Awards
1. The top participants in the Tournament will be eligible for prizes, which include:
a) Qualifying Tournament:
· 1st Place: $7,000 in cash and a STANDARD $125,000 Funded Account (valued as per the Organizer’s website at the end of the respective qualifying tournament).
· 2nd Place: $2,000 in cash and a STANDARD $62,500 Funded Account (valued as per the Organizer’s website at the end of the respective qualifying tournament).
· 3rd Place: $1,000 in cash and a STANDARD $7,500 Funded Account (valued as per the Organizer’s website at the end of the respective qualifying tournament).
· 4th–10th Places: A STANDARD $62,500 Challenge Account (valued as per the Organizer’s website at the end of the respective qualifying tournament).
· 11th–25th Places: A STANDARD $31,250 Challenge Account (valued as per the Organizer’s website at the end of the respective qualifying tournament).
Additionally, the top 25 participants from each qualifying round will receive free access to the final tournament.
b) Final Tournament:
· 1st Place: $15,000 in cash, a STANDARD $500,000 Funded Account (valued as per the Organizer’s website at the time of the final tournament), and a ticket to ALLinCAMP 2026.
· 2nd Place: $3,000 in cash and a STANDARD $250,000 Funded Account (valued as per the Organizer’s website at the end of the final tournament).
· 3rd Place: $2,000 in cash and a STANDARD $125,000 Funded Account (valued as per the Organizer’s website at the end of the final tournament).
§5
Fair Play and Trading Rules
1. All trades must be executed exclusively on the My Funding Account platform, available at https://platform.myfundingaccount.com, using accounts provided by the Organizer.
2. All participants will receive demo accounts with identical starting parameters and will perform simulated trades on these accounts.
3. The starting parameters for competition accounts are as follows:
· Initial demo capital: $50,000
· Maximum daily loss: 5% — exceeding this limit results in immediate disqualification from the respective qualifying or final tournament.
· Maximum overall loss: 10% — exceeding this limit results in immediate disqualification from the respective qualifying or final tournament.
· Leverage:1:100
4. Participants may trade only the specified currency pairs, indices, commodities, and cryptocurrencies available on the Organizer’s platform.
5. Violations, including the use of algorithms or unauthorized strategies, will result in disqualification.
6. Participants must remain actively engaged in trading during the Tournament by executing at least five trades on their competition account. Hardware failures or technical issues are the participant’s responsibility. Failure to meet this requirement will result in forfeiture of the right to a prize.
§6
Complaints
1. Participants may submit complaints regarding the Tournament no later than 7 days after the prize has been awarded (date of receipt by the Organizer).
2. Complaints will be reviewed exclusively by the Organizer and must be submitted in writing, either by registered mail to the Organizer’s headquarters:

3. A complaint must include:
a) The participant’s full name,
b) Full address,
c) The date and place of the event related to the complaint,
d) The content of the claim along with justification,
e) The participant’s email address.
4. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt by the Organizer. A response will be sent to the participant’s provided address or email.
5. After completing the complaint procedure, participants have the right to pursue claims in the appropriate court.
§ 7
Personal Data Processing
1. The data controller for the personal data of participants in the Tournament, in accordance with Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), is the Organizer.
§ 8
Final Provisions
1. By participating in the Tournament, participants acknowledge and agree to these Rules.
2. The Rules are available on the Tournament website: https://myfundingaccount.com/traders-tournament-25/ and at the Organizer’s headquarters during the Tournament period.
3. The Organizer is not responsible for the inability to claim a prize due to reasons attributable to the participant.
4. The rights and obligations of the Organizer and participants are governed by these Rules and applicable laws.
5. Matters not regulated by these Rules are subject to Polish law.
6. The Organizer is not responsible for participants’ inability to connect to the platform or register for the Tournament.
7. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time.
8. Any changes to these Rules will take effect upon their publication on the Organizer’s website, in a manner that allows participants to familiarize themselves with the changes.
9. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Tournament without providing a reason. Participants waive any claims against the Organizer arising from such actions. In the event of cancellation, the Organizer will refund participants’ fees in the same form in which they were paid to the Organizer.
10. Participants are fully responsible for any damages they cause to the Organizer or third parties in connection with their participation in the Tournament.
